Directions: Downey is a community in central LA, near Bellflower. It's right in the middle of the triangle formed by the 5, 710, and 105 freeways. There are a million ways to get there, but from the 105, exit Bellflower Blvd and head north. You'll cross Imperial highway, then Independence Park and the skatepark will be on your left.
